Divi tells you. It never tells them.

Somebody fills in your contact form, presses send, and gets a page that says thanks. Nothing arrives in their inbox. No confirmation, no record of what they wrote, no idea whether it got through. Meanwhile you got your notification and everything looks fine from your side.

This plugin gives them a reply of their own: the message you write, and underneath it a copy of everything they submitted, so they can check the email address they typed and keep a receipt of what they asked for.

It actually arrives

Divi sends its own notification from mail@yourdomain.com, an address that does not exist on any site. No SPF record covers it, no DKIM key signs it, and since Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook started enforcing DMARC in 2024, a message from there aimed at an outside inbox is rejected or filed as spam.

The autoresponse goes out from your site administration address instead, or from any real mailbox you choose, with a Reply-To so anyone who hits Reply reaches you. It also carries the standard headers that stop it from starting a ping-pong with somebody’s holiday autoresponder.

It finds the sender, whatever you called your fields

Divi 5 looks for the visitor’s address in the field whose ID is exactly email. Call it correoyour-email or anything else and Divi comes up empty handed. This plugin checks the field ID, then the field type, then the names people actually use in several languages, and finally scans for anything that looks like an address. Your forms keep working the way you built them.

Different forms, different answers

A contact form, a quote request and a support form do not want the same reply. Pick any of your forms from a list, named after the page it sits on, and give it its own subject and message, or leave it out of the autoresponse entirely. No CSS IDs to look up and no builder to go digging through: the plugin finds your forms for you.

Write it once

One settings screen under the Divi menu, with the subject, the message and who it comes from. Write %%name%% and it greets people by name, %%site_name%% for your site, %%any_field_id%% for anything they typed. The same placeholders Divi already uses, so there is no second syntax to learn.

Works with

  • Divi 5 blocks and Divi 4 shortcodes, side by side on the same site
  • Divi and Extra themes
  • Divi Builder plugin, on any theme
  • WPML and Polylang, with the bundled texts following each visitor’s language

Sensible by default

It answers each address at most once a minute, never answers your own site addresses, and only replies to submissions Divi has already accepted, so your captcha or spam service keeps doing its job.

Requirements: WordPress 6.0 or later, PHP 7.4 or later, and Divi, Extra or the Divi Builder plugin.
